The Tick (and subtypes) are only to be used to create Duration types.
To hide their interfaces from the user, they are now moved to internal.
Typedefs for ticked Durations are provided instead.

Cannot reference catched excpetion in EMBB_THROW, this will not compile if exceptions are disabled...

We used customized header, for toggling the bullets on the API view only up to level 2. However, turned out, that this header is only compatible with this doxygen version. We should be independent of the doxygen version, therefore removed this approach again. Has to be discussed.

algorithms_cpp: unified behavior on empty input, added unit tests on empty and negative input ranges

Changed the run_tests_cygwin script to on be dependent on /bin/sh instead of on being dependent on bash. Was already done before with run_tests_unix, just copied those changes. Other scripts will not be touched, as we decided to not adjust complicated scripts.

Modify the create tarball script, to completely automate the tarball creation. Also add gitattributes file, to make git recognize this file as text (and not binary).
