Changed the run_tests_cygwin script to on be dependent on /bin/sh instead of on being dependent on bash. Was already done before with run_tests_unix, just copied those changes. Other scripts will not be touched, as we decided to not adjust complicated scripts.

Modify the create tarball script, to completely automate the tarball creation. Also add gitattributes file, to make git recognize this file as text (and not binary).

The bash script before used to determine the path of itself (this is the path with the test binaries). In the /bin/sh script the current path was used instead and the tests failed. Replaced with /bin/sh compatible code, to get the script directory.

- Rename run_tests_linux.sh to run_tests_unix.sh
- Use /bin/sh instead of bash

Fix internal issue #214, change default doxygen label for api to two (using javascript to collapse to that level)

- Omit doxygen "Makefiles" from tarball (internal issue #221)
- Add executable flag to shell scripts (fixes internal issue #224)
